My name is Deborah, and I am here to provide a safe space to discuss and further explore your paranormal experiences.
Professionally, I have an MA and have been an educator and researcher for 20 years. For the last 8 years, my focus has been guiding individuals through their spiritual inquiries.
Now, I have combined my skillset to bring Paranormal Paradigma to life.
Paranormal Paradigma is an effort to help experiencers through education, empathy, and guidance. The paranormal is a big unknown and prompts us to ask many questions. Furthermore, I know how confusing, frightening, and stigmatizing paranormal experiences can be. They can cause us to question everything we believe and think we know about the world. Thus, I am here to provide a space to safely explore your experiences and questions to help you gain a more profound understanding while feeling validated and supported. Thus, I offer personalized guidance and education through one of life’s most challenging and unexplained phenomena: the paranormal.

If you’ve had a paranormal experience and don't know who to go to for help or guidance, you’re in the right place.
Guided Sessions:
Are a conscious and guided approach intended for you to connect and share the burden of the experience. In doing so, the goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and grounded as you explore what and why the paranormal has shown up for you.
Each session aims to help you:

Individual
Virtual one-on-one sessions that focus on your unique experience and questions. Sessions use open discussion with active listening to promote understanding through connection and conversation. The goal is to gain awareness and discover how the experience impacts your life. At the end of the session, we discuss possible meanings and reasons for your experiences and how to better manage them. I also provide other tools, resources, and techniques to aid in your search for answers.
Family
Virtual family sessions focus on understanding children’s experiences and overall family welfare. Children/adolescents can experience paranormal events which impact the family dynamic and the child’s well-being. The same methods are used as in 1:1 sessions, however, there’s a greater focus on mediation between parents and children and active listening to foster understanding and compassion towards child’s experience to promote family wellbeing.
Group
Virtual or in-person sessions that focus on building community and education. Group sessions allow like-minded individuals to come together in a safe, judgment free space to share their stories and connect. Additionally, group sessions are learning opportunities. During sessions we learn how to dismantle stigma, explore the link between spirituality and the paranormal, and how to use the meaning-making process to better understand our paranormal experiences.
Dispel Fears and Stigma
The paranormal is often disregarded by clinical psychology, science, and religion. Oftentimes, we hesitate to explore the paranormal further due to its negative associations, such as the it being considered ungodly, evil, crazy, unreal, and illogical. As a response to this, Paranormal Paradigma offers a safe and judgment-free space to share your stories where you can further explore and make meaning of your experiences.
